Our historic bed and breakfast inn comes with a rich and storied past. The Aldrich home was built in 1845 and has been a bed and breakfast in Galena since 1984. Most notably, Abraham Lincoln frequented the home in 1856, and Ulysses Grant came to dinner quite often in the late 1800s. It is even said that General Grant trained his troops on our lawn.
